The bank of international payments has warned about threat of a new coil of world financial crisis

Preservation by the leading western countries of the registration bank rate at present exclusively low level and growth of their budgetary and state debts is created by conditions for occurrence of new global financial crisis. As informs ITAR-TASS, such prevention contains in the annual report of Bank of international payments presented today to general public/BMR/.

Located in the Swiss city of Basel BMP is the structure uniting Central Banks of leading industrial powers of the world, its recommendations make considerable impact on the world financial policy.

In the next report the Bank of international payments has noticed that in economic "process of financial and economic improvement proceeds, however it is far from end and differs certain weakness, first of all in the leading countries of the West". Thus he has noticed that "the present policy of macroeconomic support from outside the states has the limits".

In these conditions BMP has warned Central Banks that is necessary to come back to "the normal monetary policy" who provides higher discount rate. "The occurrence delay in norm is capable to cause a damage to economic. Preservation of a bank discount rate at very low level has the costs which increase in due course", is underlined in the report.

In it it is noticed that many banks receiving now the state financial help, "do not hasten to spend necessary and rigid steps on a putting in order of the actives". First of all it concerns European Union banks. BMR warns that a number from them "the next years will be experienced by difficulties with attraction of new financial resources".

According to analysts BMP, "in the nearest some years it is necessary to expect growth of losses by the European banks on the actives".
