Blackstone May Sell $2.2 Billion Center Parcs Stake to M&G, FT Reports Blackstone Group LP is in talks to sell 1.4 billion pounds ($2.18 billion) of Center Parcs property to Prudential Plc’s M&G Investments unit, the Financial Times reported, without saying where it got the information.
Blackstone, which is expected to retain a minority holding in the resort operator, may set up a publicly traded Channel Islands investment trust to structure the sale, the FT said.
